Meteorologists are predicting mild weather in the north on Tuesday, with highs of 33 degrees centigrade in Alexandria. Warm and humid weather will prevail in Lower Egypt and Cairo, where temperature will hover around 33 degrees. Hot weather will continue to prevail in Upper Egypt, with Quena hitting 38C, Luxor at 39C and Aswan at 40C. A northwesterly wind will blow in Upper Egypt, Sinai, the Gulf of Suez and the Red Sea, disturbing maritime navigation. On the Red Sea, waves will reach between 2 and 3.5 meters.
