(File photo)Snow has fallen in some areas of Otago and Southland, and the NZ Transport Agency has issued a warning to motorists about snow and ice on roads on Thursday morning. State Highway 94 from Te Anau to Milford Sound will remain closed all day on Thursday due to heavy snow. Winter driving conditions exist on State Highway 96 from Ohai to Nightcaps, State Highway 94 from The Keys to Center Hill, and State Highway 93 from Mataura to Clinton. In Otago, a warning has been issued for State Highway 85 from Palmerston to Kyeburn, State Highway 87 from Outram to Kyeburn, and and State Highway 1 from Dunedin to Palmerston.
