Israel Police on Monday located weapons, including grenades and magazines, hidden inside what seemed to be a cookie jar in the yard of a Lod school. Sappers are examining the items and searching the scene in order to ensure that there are no additional weapons nearby. Earlier on Monday, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir (Otzma Yehudit) visited Lod and Ramle. At the start of his visit, Ben-Gvir said, "I came here, first of all, in order to offer support and strength.... We are working hard. With G-d's help in the coming months we will receive a budget - and it is not a secret."
