You know the time of year when students are checking the mail for the fat envelopes delivering their admission to a college? Or at least those of their wealthy parents from 2011 until this year. As some have been saying, if you didn't realize that the wealthy in this country bought college admissions, then you're naïve. Yes, we need college tuitions that are affordable. Available for only the select socioeconomic segment is, in principle, the same as only available to the wealthy.
