Photo : CollectedDHAKA, Jan 7, 2026 (BSS) - The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President AminulIslam Bulbul has insisted that the board will stand firm on its decision,prioritizing security above all else regarding travel to India for theupcoming ICC T20 World Cup. "The squad for the T20 World Cup has already been announced, and one of theobjectives of the ongoing BPL is to further prepare the team for the T20format. The BCB president acknowledged that the board is fully aware of the possibleconsequences of not participating in the World Cup. "Even if we have to compromise on the World Cup due to security issues inIndia, we will remain firm on our stance.
