We will speak for them: Janet Mbugua comes out guns blazing in solidarity with Adelle

Janet Mbugua says she is in solidarityIt all started when controversial blogger Cyprian Nyakundi commented on a picture taken by Janet and Adelle. Adelle who features in BBC 100 women was the host in session that creates conversations around rape culture and sexual harassment in societies. Adelle Onyango in rejoinder indicted the blogger of hiding behind ignorance to buttress violence, rape and objectification of women. “I dedicate this to anyone who has ever been hurt in the name of masculinity.”In her message, Janet Mbugua stressed this saying that they would speak for the silent women who might have experienced unfortunate incident and were not audacious enough to speak up. Some of these women are too affected to speak and so we will speak for them.
