Despite slumping to a three-match Test series defeat against Pakistan, West Indies all-rounder Roston Chase has praised his team's overall efforts and also described his fighting century on the final day as the "toughest" of his career. And the 25-year-old admitted that although they had lost the series, his side-including him- had showed a lot of guts by coming almost close to the victory. Chase amassed 403 runs, including two centuries and two half-centuries, as he finished the series as highest run-scorer with an average of 100.75. Work hard on those weaknesses so that I can put up some good performances in that series as well," Chase said. It was Pakistan's first Test series victory in the Caribbean, thus giving a perfect send-off to retiring Misbah-ul-Haq and veteran middle-order batsman Younis Khan.
