I HAD wanted to write about the standard of our football teams for quite a while now. I read many letters with regard to this and am quite surprised that no one has mentioned the racial composition of the Malaysian teams. During the heyday of Malaysian football, the racial composition of players was well balanced. Surely we can find some very talented Chinese players in Malaysia. I am merely disappointed with the selection committee for their failure to pick a few Chinese ­players.
