Toronto police say they know the identity of a woman caught on video throwing a chair from an upper floor of a downtown condo building, but don't know her exact whereabouts and want her to surrender. ET at a condo in the Harbour and York streets area, which overlooks the Gardiner Expressway and Lake Shore Boulevard. The chair that was thrown over the balcony is seen fluttering in the wind as it makes it way down towards the highway. Police have said the woman is wanted for a mischief investigation, but Hopkinson declined to say which charges she could be facing. On Monday, police released a photo of the woman, who they say appears to be in her 20s.
