Commercial Bank of Africa limited has dismissed claims that it is an a surety of Jack Wolf who is accused of drug trafficking. On Thursday, the bank had confirmed it would give Sh140 million of Jack Wolf's family's money to the state should he fail to appear in court over drug trafficking. The DPP had moved to the High Court to block Wolf's release arguing he is a flight risk since is a British citizen, he is a flight risk.
