My Uncle Glen loved being a radio operator. I remember asking Uncle Glen who it was he was speaking to all the time, and he would often answer, "Friends I have met through the airwaves." None of us would be able to live the freedoms we have today without a veteran. When you wake up Wednesday morning, I think the first thing you should do is say thank you to a veteran. If you are a veteran, take the time to be honored by the staff at the school.
