And when we say we regulate the practice, we regulate the doctors who are in the actual practice. It’s rather unfortunate that, not only doctors, but health professionals, and even cleaners, have been affected. There have been several complaints about some medical doctors in public and private hospitals rejecting sick persons brought in as emergencies on the suspicion that they may have COVID-19. Is it not unethical and against the Hippocratic Oath that Nigerian medical doctors swear to abide by for them to hastily reject patients in that manner? If you had to ascertain the percentage of medical doctors that have left the country to practise, how many would you say?
