Wazito lodge complaint to FKF over biased officiating

National Super League outfit Wazito have lodged an official complain to the Football Kenya Federation for allegedly being on the receiving end of poor officiating in their last weekend’s 1-0 loss to Migori Youth at Camp Toyoyo. Wazito, who are gunning for the two automatic promotion slots claim to have been denied two clear goals and a strong penalty shout and have written to the federation to have the officials who manned their match, served with stern disciplinary actions. Prior to the match, Wazito were deemed as favourites for the match, thanks to their star-studded playing unit and motivation within the unit. But Clinton Okoth’s lone goal condemned Wazito to their fifth loss of the season to remain a point behind league leaders Ushuru. Their coach Fred Ambani said the club sought to have action taken against the officials rather than having the match forfeited and urged the federation to crack the whip on biased whistleblowers.
