Hands up if you can't help but eat the brownie, cake or cookie dough before it even gets the chance to see the oven. Well, cookie dough lovers, here is a recipe which has the best of both baking worlds -- fluffy cupcakes stuffed with chocolate chip cookie dough and topped with buttercream frosting and mini choc chip cookies. To make these delicious cupcakes, start with a packet of vanilla cake mix (some call this cheating, others call it getting cupcakes in your mouth even quicker). Then it's time to make the cookie dough with butter, brown sugar, vanilla and chocolate chips. Using a melon baller, scoop out a teaspoon from the middle of each cupcake and fill the holes with cookie dough.
