Health specialists from around the country have come together to thank Kiwis, with a song, for their efforts in fighting coronavirus. New Zealand hospitals were spared the overwhelming scenes of dying patients and infected healthcare workers witnessed around the world, he said. “The public has been fantastic in its support of healthcare workers here and in other countries and it’s made a huge difference,” Barclay said.
