A Washington Post employee was arrested last month and charged with impersonating an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent following an FBI raid, court documents show. Itai Ozderman, 35, is accused of impersonating an ICE officer throughout Falls Church, Va., on more than one occasion, according to Montgomery County District Court documents. Court records and police sources confirmed to ABC7 News that Ozderman has worked in the IT department at The Washington Post for about two years. "All we have to share is that we are aware of the story and looking into it," The Washington Post Director of Communications Shani George wrote in an email to ABC7 News on Monday. If the case remains in Montgomery County, Ozderman faces up to five years in prison and/or $4,500 in fines.
