GUWAHATI: All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) chief Badruddin Ajmal told ET that he has an audio recording of some senior Congress leaders promising that the party would put up weak candidates in three Lok Sabha constituencies as part of an electoral understanding.“We had negotiations with the Congress in which some top Congress leaders assured me that they will go soft on three Lok Sabha seats of Dhubri, Barpeta and Karimganj.
