A staffer at the ISEA, the state’s largest public union, Mr. Paone ranks Mr. Biden’s performance fourth out of the four candidates who’ve spoken—behind Elizabeth Warren, Pete Buttigieg and Amy Klobuchar. But that hasn’t shaken his support for the former vice president.
