The award winning beat boxer was due to appear at the Auckland District Court on Friday but the court confirmed Toki failed to appear and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Police have issued a warrant for Kiwi musician Te Ariki Paul Toki's arrest after he failed to appear in court to answer a charge of assault. Toki is a six-time world beat boxing champion and has travelled the world and performed with prominent bands such as Fat Freddys Drop and Shapeshifter. He held the world record for the longest continuous beat box at 34 hours.
