The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration has declared the official onset of dry season on Tuesday, with the termination of the northeast monsoon or amihan season in the country. PAGASA said it has recorded a gradual increase in daily temperature in most parts of the country in the past few days. This would also signify the start of dry season.
