If it wasn’t for the rain, you might be able to skip the jacket Tuesday thanks to the warm weather. After a chilly start to March, Environment Canada is forecasting a balmy high of 11C and a low just above the freezing mark at 1 C. But the warm temperatures will be accompanied by showers throughout the day, with 5-10 mm of rain expected to fall by the late evening. Environment Canada says some of Tuesday’s rain will continue into Wednesday morning. Fog reduced visibility to just 200 meters in the early hours of Tuesday, but by 6 a.m., visibility had started to improve. Fog may still affect driving conditions during the morning commute.
