In many languages ​​of the world, including Albanian, the expression “economia di guerra”, “war economy”, “économie de guerre”, “Kriegswirtschaft”, “economía de guerra”, “ekonomia e luvet”, “ратна экономия”, “икономія пелому”, “воена экономия”, “háborús gazdas”, etc., has become more than everyday. In response to this situation, special economic, financial and social measures and policies are being analyzed, proposed and implemented. There are two biggest dilemmas that, according to the logic of the "coronavirus economy", are receiving different answers compared to the logic or metaphor of the "war economy".
