This way, all ordinances pertaining to local traffic will be enacted by the city mayors, including 24/7 traffic management. If all barangay captains are made responsible for traffic management in their areas, there will be less problems. I hope the government wakes up and creates a new task force to manage traffic during the holiday season every year.
