Recently, US-based Robert Scucci was told that he can’t cancel his membership over the phone; he had to either do it in person or write a certified letter to the gym. Scucci turned it into a detailed breakup letter to Planet Fitness. In the end, Scucci also manages to add that: “PS: My wife also needs to cancel her membership”The hilarious breakup letter went viral and there was a response from Planet Fitness with referring to Scucci as an “old flame”.
