Ahead of New Year celebrations that nearly choke the national capital's roads, Delhi Traffic Police on Sunday issued an advisory listing out vehicular curbs that will be imposed from 8 pm on December 31. A statement issued by Delhi's Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Narendra Singh Bundela listed traffic restrictions that will be imposed on the New Year eve to manage the traffic of the entire city.
