KUALA LUMPUR: Negri Sembilan Wanderers are hoping to raise funds for their former player and volunteer staff Hamidon Yunus who is in desperate need of bypass surgery. Wanderers' great Mazuri Sallehudin said Hamidon recently suffered breathing difficulties and a check-up at Universiti Malaya Medical Centre revealed heart issues which require surgery to correct. I hope we, his rugby family, or sports fans in general can each do our part to help him by donating a small sum. "Everyone loved and respected him when he was with the team because although he did not earn much as a street cobbler, he was willing to do so much for the club due to his passion for the sport.
