SHAH ALAM: The Opposition does not generally support the Prime Minister of a sitting government. This was Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail's reaction when asked about PAS' claim that it will throw its support behind Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad for him to complete his term in office. Earlier in her speech, Dr Wan Azizah said being different from each other must not become a catalyst in any form of discrimination. Dr Wan Azizah said people from different cultures and backgrounds can learn a lot from each other. "But we have to admit that there are many issues in this region that has to be settled beforehand," said Dr Wan Azizah.
