Former West Indies captain Courtney Walsh said on Thursday that he is excited to become Bangladesh’s new bowling coach. In a statement via the West Indies Cricket Board, Walsh said that he considers the Bangladesh players “a seriously talented bunch of players”. “I’m thrilled to be joining the BCB as their specialist bowling coach. Having watched Bangladesh cricket from afar over the years, they are a seriously talented bunch of players,” said Walsh. “I have loved my time working as a selector for the West Indies Cricket Board and I would like to thank them for that opportunity.
