Wallabies fullback Dane Haylett-Petty has been fined A$5000 after it emerged he was the Western Force player who urinated in the hallway of the team's Bloemfontein hotel last week. Both Haylett-Petty and Cowan have been stripped of their leadership duties for the remainder of the Super Rugby season.
