Wall Street has suddenly begun to teeter-totter this week after a big November rally swept both the S&P 500 and Dow to record highs. The majority of stocks in the S&P 500 were falling, with financial companies dropping more than the rest of the market. The yield on the 10-year Treasury slipped to 0.83 per cent from 0.84 per cent late Thursday. In Asia, Japan's Nikkei 225 slipped 0.4 per cent, South Korea's Kospi gained 0.2 per cent and Hong Kong's Hang Seng added 0.4 per cent.
