White Ferns with work to do after suffering Twenty20 series sweep to Australia AARON GOILEDAVID NEILSON/PHOTOSPORT Newly appointed White Ferns captain Amy Satterthwaite has plenty to ponder after the series whitewash to Australia. The White Ferns have been given a big wake-up call ahead of next month's World Twenty20, after suffering a series whitewash to Australia. After being sent in at Manuka Oval, the White Ferns lost 6-16 and were skittled for just 103 in 19 overs, with Australia then chasing their target down in just 12.3 overs, as player-of-the-series Alyssa Healy belted 67 off 44 balls. In what will be the sixth edition of the tournament, the White Ferns are still seeking their first win, having finished runners-up in the first two stagings. We've certainly got the skillsets there and we've just got to keep building on that and simplifying some of our plans."
