Wajackoyah to NIS Spies Reportedly Tracking Him

Roots Party Leader George Wajackoyah, on Friday, March 17, claimed that his life was in danger due to his role in mass action demonstrations. During a roadside rally in Ruiru, Wajackoyah alleged that officers drawn from the National Intelligence Service (NIS) were tracking his phone in attempts to arrest him and other Azimio la Umoja leaders. Wajackoyah claimed that the explosion was an assassination plot targeting the opposition leaders for their involvement in the rallies. Interior CS, Kithure Kindiki, had yet to respond to Wajackoyah's allegations of NIS tracking him and an assassination plot targeting Raila.
