CAMERON BURNELL/STUFF Taxpayers' Union spokesman Jordan Williams says voters will decide if Waitomo's debt viable or not. Hanna did not want to get into an amalgamation debate, but said Waitomo District Council works closely with both Waipa and Otorohanga district councils and there is a lot to be gained by working collaboratively. Taxpayers' Union executive director Jordan Williams said Waitomo should be doing a better job managing what are poor finances.
