Matthew David Coxhead and Regan Donald Coxhead appeared before Judge Gregory Hikaka in a judge-alone trial. By the end of the trial, with guilty pleas and several charges relating to theft and cannabis dismissed, six charges remained – one of possessing explosives faced by only Matthew, and five charges of theft for both brothers.
