Sam Goodeve, 23, found with 60 grams of cannabis when a car he was a passenger in was searched on June 5, 2019. Goodeve had pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis plant for supply and wilful damage. "There is also a need to ensure community work does not become a contaminating influence.
