Singer Wahu Kagwi has a new role as a Goodwill Ambassador for the Maker Movement for Maternal Newborn and Child Health. "Being asked to serve as Goodwill Ambassador to the Marker program is specially meaningful to me as a mother of two daughters," Wahu said. "I welcome this opportunity to make a real difference for Kenya's women and children. The program by the Concern Worldwide was launched in 2013 to locally design low-cost, high-quality medical devices for Kenya's women and newborns. "Maker uses our local talent, skills and expertise to help save the lives of Kenya's mothers and babies."
