“It’s a f—–g video game…”That was a battlecry of frustration from Paul Heyman during a poignant sit-down interview with Michael Cole before the advocate announced that Brock Lesnar would join Goldberg in the 2017 Royal Rumble. From here, WWE’s work is done when it comes to making the Royal Rumble match interesting. There are cases to be made for either man winning the Royal Rumble. Lesnar could use a win of any kind to prove that he’s still Brock Lesnar. If Lesnar eliminates Goldberg, it would give him a measure of revenge without resembling WWE’s vaunted even-Steven booking.
