Roman Reigns once again failed to capture the WWE Universal Championship against Brock Lesnar at the WWE Greatest Royal Rumble. Reigns now moves to 0-3 in one-on-one world championship matches against Brock Lesnar as he still seeks his first Universal Championship. Reigns winning the WWE Universal Championship seems like it has been equal parts imminent and a work in process since the title was introduced in 2016. No fan or member of the media has the power to write off Roman Reigns. No matter how many times a Roman Reigns main event at WrestleMania falls flat, no matter how many times he fails in a world championship opportunity, WWE can and will always try again.
