MARY ANASTASIA O'GRADY: Well, I don't think that Kamala Harris accomplished much based on what she's announced. She said that they're going to give more money to community groups and NGOs and they're going to have the Justice Department try to help Guatemala investigate corruption. Whenever politicians say they're going to solve problems by going after the root causes, it means they have no plan, no clue whatsoever. And so whether it's Kamala Harris or Joe Biden or Jen Psaki, they are faced with trying to defend the indefensible. And then, Mary, you have the problem of these Latin leaders not necessarily agreeing with Kamala Harris about how to go forward in this.
