Last Sunday, Calgary collected more than 25,000 toys in its Teddy Bear Toss game, which has become a long-time tradition around the WHL. For most Oil Kings, the Teddy Bear Toss crowd is the biggest they’ll play in front of in their hockey careers. The Oil Kings travelled to Calgary on Friday to face the Hitmen for the sixth time this year. The Oil Kings will also be wearing special commemorative jerseys for the game, which will be auctioned off after the game.
