WFS signs contracts with three new airline cargo customers in LAApr 26, 2017: In Just four days Worldwide Flight Service (WFS) has integrated the cargo handling of the AirBridgeCargo Airlines, Swiss WorldCargo and LOT Polish Airlines at Los Angeles. The contracts with the three new major airlines will increase WFS' cargo volumes by over 55,000 tonnes a year at the airport. AirBridgeCargo operates six Boeing 747-8 Freighter services a week connecting Los Angeles with its Moscow hub via Chicago, Atlanta and Amsterdam. With this latest contract wins, WFS', will now provide services to 23 airline customers in Los Angeles. Normally, we would not expect to start operations with three major customers within just a four-day period but this is what was required by our clients.
