Refusing to budge from its stand, the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) on Tuesday floated a new theory, alleging that some junior officials of SAI and NADA are responsible for Narsingh Yadav being handed a four-year ban for doping. WFI President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh said, "We got to know some things there (at Rio de Janeiro) during the CAS hearing. Singh alleged that some junior level officials of NADA were also involved. I am sure, junior level officials of NADA are also involved," he added. The chemist (expert), who had come there, was of the opinion that Narsingh had taken the substance in tablet form.
