MANILA, Philippines – PCOO Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson once again made headlines last week for receiving an award from the UST Alumni Association Inc. (USTAAI) and for mistaking the location of Mayon Volcano. On January 24, Uson returned the government service award to the USTAAI after receiving criticism following the conferment of the award. USTAAI president Henry Tenedero had tendered his resignation while the association stood firm on its decision not to rescind the recognition conferred to Uson.
