MANILA, Philippines (Update 2, 2:33 p.m.) — Philippines’ representative for Miss Universe 2018, Catriona Gray, continues to promote the country’s beauty as her team released another tourism video featuring world-famous islands. Hours before her much talked about preliminary competition performance on Thursday, Catriona and her team released a minute-long tourism video which showcased the beauty of El Nido and Gigantes Island in Iloilo. “Keep me in your prayers, laban tayo Philippines!” Catriona wrote. The video titled “Rise” showed the 24-year-old Bicolana wearing various swimwear while frolicking in the beautiful beaches of the Philippines. The video series also showed explanation on the origin of Catriona’s “LuzViMinda” costume and how it was crafted.
