Opener Shikhar Dhawan had a terrible start to his 2020 Indian Premier League (IPL) campaign during Delhi Capitals' (DC) first match against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) on Sunday (September 20). Dhawan's start to IPL 2020 was not a dreamy one as he was sent back to the dressing room in the second over of the match for a duck. KXIP pacer Mohammed Shami came into the attack after a brilliant first over from debutant Sheldon Cottrell. Shami bowled a back of the length delivery which Dhawan decided to push behind the stumps for a single but straight to a KL Rahul. That turned out to be a long walk back towards the dressing room for Dhawan as Rahul's quick throw found K Gowtham, who dislodged the stumps immediately.
