Incoming WADA director general Olivier Niggli says Younger's "rich pedigree in the world of law enforcement will bring tremendous value to clean sport and, as a result, clean athletes worldwide." WADA says he will start his new role in Montreal on Oct. 3. Gunter Younger has been serving as head of the cybercrime division in Bavaria.
