Voters in Nandi County reprimanded their Senator, Simon Cherargei, for skipping the queue during the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) nominations. During the voting exercise on Thursday, April 14, the voters complained that the Senator arrived at the polling station late and jumped the queue in a bid to be served first. Nandi voters called out the Senator, saying that he should respect them as they had been queuing from as early as 6am. Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei at an address in his office. Further, Cherargei pointed out that he joined the queue at the right place and had not skipped it.
