Balloting was halted at Fatema High School centre in Ward No.22 around 10:30am over vote forgery, Presiding Officer Ziaul Haque said. Returning Officer Yunus Ali suspended voting at Iqbal Nagar Girls' School. Voting has also been halted at Hijolnagar Secondary School, election officials say. BNP's mayoral candidate Nazrul Islam Monju has claimed that his agents have been driven out from at least 30 polling centres.
