WASHINGTON—The government on Friday released the full transcript of a November 2017 voice mail urging an attorney for onetime national security adviser Mike Flynn to share with the president’s legal team any information that would implicate Mr. Trump. The caller, revealed to be former Trump lawyer John Dowd, was trying to determine whether Mr. Flynn was cooperating with the government and reminded Flynn lawyer Robert Kelner that Mr. Trump had spoken highly of his former aide, according to a transcript of the message.
