more-inSeveral experts, 300 delegates, and 500 farmers from various parts will take part in the first-ever agriculture hackathon being organised here by the State government in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for three days from November 15. The hackathon, being attended by Microsoft Corporation co-founder Bill Gates, will be inaugurated by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, according to B. Rajasekhar, Principal Secretary (Agriculture). After reviewing the arrangements for the event, he said on Thursday that it would be a major international hackathon with delegates from all over the world participating in it. On the second day, Union Agriculture Minister Radhamohan Singh would participate. ExhibitionAn exhibition would be organised with 50 stalls to showcase the latest agriculture technologies and products of companies.
